The Azteca horse, a Mexican/Spanish breed is a combination of the Quarter Horse, Mexican Criollo, and Andalusian, and should have an elegant, refined head, with a straight or slightly convex profile. Expressive eyes, and a slightly arched, well muscled neck are common. A deep, broad chest, strong legs and hooves, as well as a relatively short back and low set, flowing tail are preferred. They can come in any solid colors, but the only white markings allowed are on the lower legs and head.
