Having trouble entering performance classes

So when I've added a new horse I then click on edit then performance. I choose the performance that horse is performing then add the picture. When I come to enter a show even though in the class description is states for example inhand/liberty competing performance and that's what I've stated on the horses profile that particularl horse isn't coming up as being eligible. I've checked make, finish,size, breed etc is all allowed but keeps saying not eligible for that performance what am I doing or not doing its driving me crazy!!!

Hello! Sorry this is giving you issues. Could you tell me which show this is happening in? There are a few things that could be happening here and likely it isn't something you've done wrong, just an issue with the show. We are working on a fix for a glitch that has been happening regarding this, and it may also be because of an incorrect show setting.

That's okay it's all still quite new to me so I just thought I'm missing something 😆 it was the Draft speciality show I have contacted the host aswel 😃

This should be resolved now for that show, it was related to the aforementioned glitch, so try entering again and see if it works :)
