Wednesday, September 28, 2022 10:42 PMHI there,
I'm not big into showing like you all are, maybe someday when I feel a little better though.. I entered one show with one piece last year and got 1st in my class. I was so excited (my life is really boring these days lol).
I mainly came here to say hi and to ask for help. I'm trying to enter a show and having problems. I think it's all medallions and some of the groups are divided into artists. My photos are uploaded but I can't for the life of me figure out how to enter. I go to the group I want to put him in and there seems to be nothing pertaining to loading a pic, etc. I emailed the show host last night but I'm thinking maybe she lives in FL or something as I haven't heard back.
Is there anyone who would be willing to help me out please? My internet connection isn't always real reliable so if I don't reply for a bit that might be why. Thank you for any help you can be :)
Best wishes,
Jerri

Thursday, September 29, 2022 7:18 AMHi there! OMHPS just changed their entry format, so it is slightly harder to navigate until we all get used to it. :) Go to the class that you want to enter, and there should be a "see eligible horses" button you can click to go to the upload page. :)
For example, let's say I am entering a solid black Rayvin Maddock medallion. I go to the show (Fall Medallion Show), then the Division (Rayvin Maddock Medallions), then the section (Solid), and then the class (Black). Once I am on the class page, I click the light green pop-up that says "see eligible horses". It is located at the top beneath the class title, and at the very bottom, to the right of the button redirecting you back to the show.
At this point, you should get a drop-down that displays all of the eligible models. However, it is up to you to determine which are actually suited for the class (OMHPS can't determine which medallions are sculpted by Maddock, which are weird ones that go in the weird class, and things like that). Once you've determined which ones you will be entering, go ahead and click the green "enter button", confirming the pop-up. You're all set!
If your medallions still don't appear on the entry page, it's likely that you don't have the workmanship page filled out. That's an easy fix, just click "Edit horse" and fill out the color information under "Workmanship". Then repeat the entering process.
Hope this helps! Happy showing. :)
