Dialogue Box "Enter" Button Fails on Touchscreen Device

-What happened leading up to the bug (ex., "I clicked edit horse and was given an error page")

I love the new entry interface - so much less scrolling! But when I go to enter horses using a touchscreen device, the last dialogue box appears to be greyed out and the "entry" button fails to submit the horse into a class. Specifically:

• I navigate to a horse's page
• I press the "See Classes" button
• I use the new dropdown menu to select a show and hit the "search" button
• A list of classes for which the horse is eligible appears
• I click the "Enter" button to enter the horse in the applicable class
• The "Enter [Horse] in Class [Class Name]" dialogue box appears*
• The dialogue box and balance of the screen has a dark grey overlay
• I tap on the "Enter" button (which is still visible albeit grey)
• Nothing happens

-What browser and system you are using (ex., "I use Chrome on Mac/iOS")

-Any other useful information that may help the developer understand what caused the error
