Error when judging class

Sorry my computer won't open my emails so just quicker to post here than email!

I'm trying to judge the Chestnut Ridge Test Photoshow. I've had no issues so far.

When judging the OF Light Foals & Youngstock Class I am getting an error.

I click "conclude class"

Then it takes ages to load and comes up with this pop up:

"Error confirming judged entries"

And takes me back to the 'Judgeable Private Shows' page.

I first had this issue on Sunday, I thought it was just being buggy so left it. I tried again today and it's still not working. I have tried clicking "save class entries" again before "conclude entries" but still no joy.

I was able to judge another class just fine, so it just seems to be the Light Foal class that's the problem.

I am using Windows & Google Chrome. I also tried on my phone (Android using Chrome) and it had the same issue. I have not tried another browser (computer says no to opening MS Edge.....)

As a follow up I'm now having the same message with OF Other Purebred Light Horse and also Sport Horse:

It seems to be happening on all classes with 200+ entries.

Hmm, interesting. Thanks for reporting this! We will look into it. 200+ entries is a lot so the system may just be timing out.

I noticed that I managed one class with over 200 on Sunday but now none of the big ones are saving (one is over 300!!!!)

Holy moly! That is so many. We have a possible fix in place but we need to test it yet. I will message you on the forum privately as it is hard to test it without creating a test 300 horse class :)

I'm not sure if you meant to this or if it's a glitch, but for the apaloosa artist resins class, all the placing horses are the 6 most recent in the class. Think it's the same with rest of the artist resin classes too, but I'm not sure.

(By the way, this is on the chestnut ridge photo show, not the test one)
