Bottom part of page

I'm having an issue on my laptop when it comes time to click buttons on the bottom of the page, like "options", "see classes", and "private show judging options". The copyright @2021 OMHPS covers the buttons so I cannot click. Refreshing the page doesn't help most times, I have to exit out of the site and reload. I'm on chrome with windows!

I'm not sure what could be causing this, especially since you're on a "normal" browser on windows.

I will look into it and try to figure out what's going on.
