Points Not Updating

EDITED 8/9/2025 -- POINTS SEEM TO BE UPDATING NOW

I've run into this previously and it eventually corrects itself, but this time it doesn't appear the points have updated on both the models' individual info records or on the Top Standings site tally in roughly three weeks.

Last time I asked, I think I was told if someone looks at the point standings, they'll update, but that doesn't seem to be happening. Maybe there's a glitch that's preventing the updates?

I noticed the ribbons and trophies seem to be posting to the individual model's Awards but points have still not updated as of yet.

The way to force them to update is to search on the scoreboard (for example, just search your username). They should be updating regularly but if they aren't then that should speed it up.

Thanks. I did try searching by my user name roughly 10 times over the last couple of days but it still wasn’t updating. None of the point scores had changed since about mid-July when I last tracked them, but they did finally update yesterday, so yay! 😊

Will have jadja look into it more when he has time. He did not see any errors in the logs so there was no indication of failure to update, so he will have to dig a bit deeper!
