Image "Moved" Notification Not Delivered

User Apocalypticchick and I were testing out various site communications yesterday. We each did a test upload of an image to a show we are judging together. We each moved those images using the "Steward" feature in the site's "private hosting judgeable shows" form page. Each of us got a message in our notifications area stating "Your entry in Class [Name] was moved to a different class. [Custom message]" and that's perfect.

I was demonstrating that same feature to another judge today (user jmponies) at around 12:00 pm US Central time. She entered a picture into the show (show URL: https://www.omhps.com/Show/Details/aefec3da-555c-4828-8f94-dab0068d7e5e) and I moved it. She did not receive a notification. I moved it again. Still no notification. I believe she's since removed the photo (Photo URL: https://www.omhps.com/Model/Details/074dd31e-9b00-4419-ae9a-8d16c36418ad) from the show, and OF COURSE I didn't write down which classes inside the show we were moving it to/from, sorry about that. :(

Can you nonetheless see if you can diagnose why she did not get her notifications?

Also user jmponies is getting some notifications. She got her notification that she was added as a judge to the show, for example.

I think this might have been because there was no custom message attached the second time (unless of course you did attach a custom message the second time as well). Either way I think it should still generate the default notification if there is no custom message, so I changed it. The check was probably left over from when there was no "Generate notification" checkbox yet, and should have been removed long ago, good find and thanks for reporting it!
