Entry fees on shows with rosettes...?

I am loving hosting shows here, and am considering upping my award game next year. Obviously this comes with added costs between awards and postage.

I'd love to get some thoughts on what you would find acceptable entry fees for various prizes.
Assume all shows have OFP and CM divisions and around 30 classes in each division.

What would you find an okay entry for shows with the following prizes:

1) Rosette for overall division champion (in each: OFP & CM) -

2) Rosette+pony pouch for overall division champion, pony pouch for reserve (in each OFP & CM) -

3) Rosette for overall and reserve champion (in each OFP & CM) -

**there would be additional printable certificates and business card ribbons for the rest of the show

Of the 3 options, which do you prefer most?

Or do you have other preferences for prizes/rosettes?

I really want to make some cool shows next year, but they have to be self-sustaining. I may be able to DIY some awards, but I don't want to have to rely on that!

Thanks!!!

Personally, I would prefer option 3 - Rosette for Overall (Division) and Reserve Champions.

As far as acceptable entry fees, for me it really depends on what the show offers. As an example, if the show is charging $10 or more for entry, then I would look at the classes and make a decision based on how many models I could enter in the show. If it's less than 25, either due to limited classes or restrictions on how many I can enter per class, I'd probably pass.

To give a specific example of what I'm talking about, if the class limit is 3 entries per exhibitor, but the classes lump together breed types that could have separate classes (such as all American Draft breeds or all UK Draft breeds are lumped together in one big class) that would only allow me to enter 3 of some 30 show drafts I have, then I'd probably have to pass. But if the classes are broken down by breed, such as Sugarbush, American Drum Horse, NASD, etc. then I'd have a variety of classes where I could enter up to 3 models each, so I'd probably pay the fee to enter. OR...even if the classes do lump types together, but I'm allowed to enter an unlimited or a high number of models per class, I'd probably be good with paying the fee because I'd be able to enter a lot more models.

I hope this makes sense and my feedback is helpful.
