Site Won't Allow Me to Create New Horses

Hello! As of right now, I have 29 horses registered on this site, and no matter what device I use whether it be my iPad or computer, the create horse icon freezes when I click on it. Is there any way I could fix this? Or is anyone else having this same issue?

I have the same problem today. Perhaps it has something to do with the recent update?

I have 0 horses and trying to add my herd - same issues. Must be a site wide issue.
