NO TACK except permanently molded on or permanently attached. NOTE: A model MUST be eligible to enter one of the classes in the regular Halter Divisions to be entered here. Only DRAFTS/COBS/HEAVY CARRIAGE/DRAFT PONIES/DRAFT GRADE/CROSS and DRAFT LONGEARS types are eligible.
