'Horatio' medallion sculpted by Kylee Parks and painted by Sarah Witham.
I have a thing for rare horse colours and patterns so, of course, a Criollo was the perfect choice for my first commission! He is named after a lifelong friend of mine.

Portrait of the real-life Icelandic stallion Ellert frá Baldurshaga, whose coat pattern is described as being 'ýruskjóttur' or 'drizzled skewbald'. Ellert's colouration is caused by a unique W21 spotting gene. He also has sectoral heterochromia, which makes his eye half brown and half blue.

Kresnik
'Volkhovnik' medallion sculpted and painted by Elena Slavgorodskaya.
Volkhovnik translates to 'Book of Wizards' and it was a collection of natural omens that are now associated with Rodnovery, or Slavic Native Faith. Kresnik is a Slovenian god who is said to have been born with horse ears, hooves or a birthmark resembling horse hooves. It is also said that he can take on the form of a horse. Kresnik is described as having golden hair and is associated with fire and the summer solstice.
