Breyer Boot Camp 2025
Breyer Boot Camp is Breyer’s novice-level photo show, designed for people at least 15 years old who want to learn about model horse showing, and who have never shown in BOO!, North American Nationals, or a Breyer-sponsored Open Show. Participants may show original finish Breyer and CollectA horses (including decos!) and animals only.

Vintage Decorator includes only wedgewood, copenhagen, gold charm or blue florentine, basically any of the blue or gold colors, produced before 1980.

Vintage Woodgrain means any woodgrain produced before 1980.

Modern Decorator should include only wedgewood, copenhagen, gold charm or blue florentine, basically any of the blue or gold colors, made in or after 1980.

Modern Woodgrain includes woodgrains made in or after 1980.

Silver Decorator means any decorator that is solid silver or silver filigree.

Classes
Red Roan means any vintage or modern “old style unrealistic splatter red roan.” Example: #170 Scratching Foal Red Roan.

Smoke/Charcoal/Alabaster means any vintage or modern model with a gray body and white mane/tail or white body with gray mane/tail. Smoke/charcoal example: #121 Running Mare. Alabaster example: #85 Diablo (semi-rearing mustang mold).

Blue Ribbon/Chalky/Pearly means any model that has a blue ribbon sticker, a painted white base coat (appears chalky), or is made of pearly plastic (shimmery/pearly base coat). These are made of an experimental plastic in the 1970s that is different from the pearlescent paint that Breyer has used recently, and must show only in this class.

Unrealistic Animal includes domestic and wild animal species.
