Spotsylvania Two-Step

OF Breyer #479, National Show Horse

freemanstables's Horse

Name
Spotsylvania Two-Step
References
The National Show Horse was created in 1981 as an Arabian-American Saddlebred cross specifically to excel in high-action saddle seat classes, which were very popular at the time and remain a focus for this breed. (Subsequently, other showy breeds have been admitted as an allowable cross.) Pinto coloration comes from the American Saddlebred side of the pedigree. Spotsylvania Two-Step exemplifies the breed standard. He is trotting level in front, making him an English Pleasure or English Country Pleasure horse, and has good impulsion behind. He has a high tail set, an upright neck, a refined head, and a general air of elegance and style. His motion, neck, head, tail, presence and carriage all represent his breed standard: Link
