References
Døle Also known as the Dølehest, Døle-Gudbrandsdal, and Gudbrandsdal, the Døle is a Nordic breed resembling the Friesian in type, although they are smaller in frame. The Døle historically came in two types, a heavy draft and a trotter, although recent breeding practices have closed the gap between the two types. Bay and brown are the most common colors found in the breed, with an occasional gray or dun. White markings on the face and legs are permissible, and are most closely associated with the trotter-type Døle. Sources: Link
