EquusRuss's Horse
- Name
- Excellent Example of Excellence
- References
- #599 Kennebec Count 2005-2007 Moriesian As its name suggests, the Moriesian is a result of crossbreeding Morgan and Friesian horses. This combination tends to yield an ideal sport horse for both riding and driving disciplines. They stand an average of 15 to 16 hands and have a compact body type, deep chest, open shoulder, high set neck, expressive face, thick manes and tails, and lighter bone than a purebred Friesian. Black is the most common color, but all colors are recognized.
