Nawal
The Marwari is a rare breed of horse from north-west India. Beginning in the 12th century the Rathores were the first to breed the Marwari, used as a cavalry horse. Nowadays it is a hardy riding horse, used for shows, horse safaris, sport, as well as ceremonial & religious purposes. They may exhibit a natural ambling gait. They can have tenacious and unpredictable temperaments.
