His dam is Springtime Girl is a stunning dappled palomino. She isa 12 generation, 100 percent Thoroughbred. Also in his pedigree is Sweep, A Kentucky bred Thoroughbred. He was a 2 year old champion with a long stride and winner of the 1910 Belmont Stakes. His most famous progeny were his daughters. Among them were the dams of Triple Crown winners WhirlAway and War Admiral, and a mare that became the foundation line of Northern Dancer and Native Dancer.
