Delete Performance?

I've reached the maximum of 10 Performances for one of my models & I would like to delete one in order to add another one. I click "delete", click "I'm not a robot", & click "OK". Then I get a pup-up that says "OMHPS says Horse Not Found" & it asks me to click "OK". I go back to my model's Performances & there are still 10 there. I've closed out that model, left the site, come back & there are still 10 Performances there. What do i need to do in order to delete a Performance?
