Current Show Hosts Please Remember to Check for Private Messages on this Site

Just wanted to mention to show hosts to please check for Private Messages in the Forums here, especially within the first few days of your show opening. (If you have a PM, the little envelope icon in the upper right should turn red.) If there's an issue with a class or classes, your entrants may be attempting to contact you to let you know.

I'm sure a few people don't visit the forums regularly, and might not know where PMs can be seen?

It would be very nice for show hosts to check their PMs while their show is open. I've contacted a few people, and never got a response.

Maybe OMHPS can move notifications to where they can be seen from the homepage? Like where show results show up. That would get the host's attention.

Something on our list to do. The forum system is an entirely other beast to the main site, so it's a bit tricky, but it is definitely something we are working on for a future update so that people are notified even if they never check the forum.
